<br />9. REPORTS <br />A. Reports of Commission Members <br />1. Update on Feb. 17, 2010 Meeting with BBC (Kroeger attended): Shared ideas from <br />January meeting. <br />B. Reports of City Staff <br />1. Update on Reservation Policy for Athletic Fields/Fee Schedule Block Definition: <br /> City Council did adopt the Policy Establishing Reservation Priority for Use of City <br /> Athletic Fields as amended in January. City Council changed rental fee “block” time from <br /> 55-minutes to 4 hours. <br /> <br />2. Project Updates/Maintenance Activities: <br /> *Fencing close to complete. <br /> *Soliciting bids to resurface MVCC gym floor and dance floor in banquet hall. <br /> *Silver View Park lighting waiting until spring. <br /> *Request from Metropolitian Council to purchase one of the bridges salvaged from golf <br /> course. May be putting them up for sale. <br /> *No longer flooding the ice rinks. <br /> <br />3. City Forestry Updates: <br /> *New Brighton is reviewing applications <br /> *Arbor Day April 23rd <br /> *Tree Sale orders due April 2, 2010 <br /> *Follow up on diseased tree removal <br />10.
