<br /> <br />playground currently is located. Desired playground would be designed to be suitable for all <br />ages, similar in thought to Greenfield. Discussed possibility of having representative from <br />GameTime at our February meeting. <br />8. NEW BUSINESS <br />A. Review 2011 PRF Commission Meeting Schedule – Thoughts were given on including <br />schedule in each monthly packet with highlights of items for each meeting. Kroeger <br />motioned to approve, second by Peterson, and pass unanimous. <br />9. REPORTS <br />A. Reports of Commission Members, John mentioned he drove by Groveland. <br />B. Reports of City Staff – Dazenski, Rinks are ready to go, and are in use, and in good <br />condition. Shelters are good to go and set to open on Saturday. Some trimming of trees has <br />been done, Disk golf is still in play. Silverview sliding hill is being used, some snow has <br />been stored on the Silverview lot, awaiting a chance to melt. No reports of vandalism. <br />DeBar noted council approved appointments to Parks and Rec. Council discussed the <br />parking at Lambert, street committee recommended the back in angle parking as an <br />experiment. Park Commission is in favor of traditional angle parking. DeBar feels we will <br />move ahead with project and deal with striping issue at a later date. DeBar reported Police <br />Chief was not in favor of back in parking either. <br />10. REQUESTS FOR FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS / OTHER BUSINESS <br />A. Next Regular Commission Meeting: January 27, 2011 <br />1. Oaths of Office <br />2. Designate Officers for 2011 Meetings <br />3. Review/Discuss Hockey Rink/Skating Improvements at Hillview Park <br />4. Review Financial Reports <br />11. ADJOURNMENT 7:57, motioned by Long, second by Kroeger.
