<br />AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT TO T. A. SCHIFSKY & SONS, INC.
<br />FOR THE 2020 STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
<br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View is considering to rehabilitate Quincy Street
<br />from County Road H2 to County Road I and Sherwood Place North of Mounds View
<br />Boulevard; and
<br />WHEREAS, this project will include pavement rehabilitation and drainage
<br />improvements; and,
<br />WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the plans and specifications and
<br />authorized the advertisement for bid resolution; and,
<br />WHEREAS, this project was advertised a minimum of 21 days as required; and,
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for City Project 2019 C-05 the 2020
<br />Street Rehabilitation Project bids were received, opened and tabulated according to the
<br />law, and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement:
