RESOLUTION NO 9252 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AUTHORIZING RECRUITMENT PROCESS FOR POLICE OFFICER POSITION <br />WHEREAS, effective March 20, 2020, Police Officer Keith Czarnecki retired <br />from the Mounds View Police Department; and <br />WHEREAS, a need exists to advertise for a Police Officer position; and <br />WHEREAS, the recruitment cycle for a Police Officer position may take <br />approximately three months; and <br />WHEREAS, the position is estimated to start in the summer of 2020; and <br />WHEREAS, the suggested pay range for the Police Officer position is as <br />follows: <br />Year202O <br />Start 70% 1 Year 80% 2 Year 90% 3 Year 100% <br />$27.22 $31.11 $35.00 $38.89 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />authorizes Staff to advertise for the upcoming vacancy for the Police Officer position. <br />Adopted this 23rd day of March, 2020. <br />Carol A.
