• Members of the public present at the regular meeting location of the body must be able to <br />hear all discussion and testimony and all votes of the members of the body, unless <br />attendance at the regular meeting location is not feasible due to the health pandemic or <br />emergency declaration. <br />• At least one member of the body, the chief legal counsel, or the chief administrative officer <br />must be physically present at the regular meeting location, unless not feasible due to health <br />pandemic or emergency declaration. <br />• All votes must be conducted by roll call, so each member's vote on each issue can be <br />identified and recorded. <br />Note: The City may require any member of the public monitoring the meeting remotely to pay for <br />documented additional costs that the body incurs as a result of the additional connection. <br />City Operations Considerations <br />The following sections, Employment and HR Considerations, and Other Considerations, relate to <br />city operations and are intended to simply identify issues that may arise. Cities should review <br />employment policies and consider how to respond if COVID-19 is detected in their jurisdiction or <br />if a city employee has the disease. Cities may adopt temporary emergency policies to address <br />anticipated employment issues.
