RESOLUTION 1989-6 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW Y� <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING THE 1990 LONG TERM FINANCIAL PLAN <br />WHEREAS, upon discussion, the vision of the Parks and Recreation <br />Commission and the vision of the City Council regarding a long term financial plan for <br />expenditures of the Parks Improvement Fund differs; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has requested a formal documentation from <br />the Parks and Recreation Commission regarding their long term park improvement <br />plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Commission met on July 27, 1989 <br />to reaffirm their vision for park improvements using Park Improvement Fund monies; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Commission unanimously approved <br />the following Long Term Financial Plan; and <br />Source <br />1990 Supporting Documentation Amount of Funds <br />Desktop Publishing For City Newsletter $ 695 General Fund <br />Software flyers printing aid <br />Dividers for Lower To replace the present 2,000 General Fund <br />Level of City Hall doors which are broken <br />Silver View Play First of three phases for 8,000 Park Ded. <br />Facilities (Pre- play equipment Fund <br />school Section) <br />Park Bldg.
