WHEREAS, the Long Term Financial Plan proposed and recommended by <br />the Parks, and Recreation Commission provides for sufficient funds for installation of <br />utilities at Silver View Park; and <br />WHEREAS, the mayor and councilmembers have already identified <br />$16,350 which could be spent on the installation of the utilities at Silver View Park; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, revised figure estimates may provide for adequate installation <br />of water and sewer and electric at an estimated cost of $22,000, of which $16,350 <br />has been allotted by Council; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that as an alternative, should the current <br />fund balance be depleted before the current project is completed, that the installation <br />of the drive culvert be postponed until the next year, upon receipt of the $50,000 <br />SYSCO park dedication fees, and that the Everest Group be requested to pay their <br />1989 payment early, which would provide adequate additional funds for the <br />installation of utilities at Silver View Park. <br />Adopted this 2nd day of August, 1989 by the Mounds View Parks and <br />Recreation Commission. <br />Wayn I3urmeister, Chairperson <br />Frank Silvis, Commissioner <br />Gary Steve son, Commissioner <br />Lv-c ZU41- <br />ave Long, onl ssioner <br />Pam Starr4oii=ssi <br />oner <br />Edd Trettel, Commissioner <br />
