Work in the wetland will not be performed during the breeding <br />season of waterfowl or fish spawning season. <br />19. No part of any sewage disposal system requiring on -land or in - <br />ground disposal of waste shall be located closer than 100 feet <br />from the wetland. All on -land or in -ground sewage disposal <br />systems shall meet criteria set out in Minnesota Rule 6, MCAR <br />4.8040, "Individual Sewage Treatment System Standard." <br />210.
