Sediment and soil loss shall be determined utilizing the <br />"Universal Soil Loss Equation" as defined by the U.S. <br />Department of Agriculture Soil Conservation Service Technical <br />Field Guide as amended from time to time and as provided for <br />Ramsey Soil and Water Conservation District. <br />114.
