17. All buildings, other than accessory buildings, as defined in <br />Chester 40 of this Code, shall be setback at least 100 feet <br />from the wetland. <br />18. All accessory buildings as defined in Chapter 40 of this Code <br />shall be setback not less than the requirements set forth in <br />Chapter 40.05 subdivision C. <br />119. The lowest floor elevation of buildings permitted in a wetland <br />zoning district shall be at least two (2) feet above the <br />elevation of the adjacent waclame, hounclary 100 -year frequency <br />flood level. <br />220. No alteration shall be allowed which will endanger <br />the health, safety, or welfare of persons, or which may result <br />in unusual road maintenance costs or utility line breakages <br />due to soil limitations, including high frost action. <br />.9 21. Iregetacioa —Removal of vegetation within a wetland zoning <br />district shall be permitted only when <br />Chapter, and only when reasonably required for the placement <br />of structures and use of property. <br />Subdivision 4. Conditions <br />A. 1. A wetland alteration permit may be approved subject to <br />comp! ;ance. with conditions reasonable and necessary to ensure <br />compliance with the requirements contained in 48.06, <br />Subdivisions 1, 2, and 3. Such conditions may, among other <br />matters.,: <br />a. provide for the enhancement of wetland storm water <br />storage, fish and wildlife habitat, and water quality _ <br />functions of wetland zoning districts: <br />b. provide for the enhancement of recreation and education <br />opportunities in wetland zoning districts; <br />c. limit the size, kind, or character of the proposed work,; <br />d. require the construction of stormwater detention <br />facilities or other structures„ <br />e. require replacement of vegetation„ <br />f. establish required monitoring or maintenance procedures <br />including the payment of costs for such procedures -rt <br />2362161/WZO/PLS 11 <br />
