WETLAND ZONING DISTRICT REGULATIONS. <br />Subdivision 1. No <br />development, <br />other alteration- shall be allowed within a wetland zoning district without <br />first having obtained a wetland alteration permit from the City as provided <br />for in Chapter 48.06 of this Code. <br />Subdivision 32. Whenever a wetland or drainage way is located on lands <br />that are being subdivided, the subdivider shall dedicate such wetland and/or <br />drainage way to the public as allowed per Minnesota Statutes 462 and shall <br />dedicate an easement to the public as required for purposes of improving, <br />maintaining, or protecting the area for drainage, phcaphoaua stripping water <br />quality enhancement or other purposes expressed in this Chapter. <br />Subdivision 83. Notwithstanding the provisions of Chapter 40 of this <br />Code, the following shall apply to all lands proposed to be subdivided <br />pursuant to Chapter 42 of this Code and lying within a wetland zoning <br />district: <br />A. Rationale for Densicy Standards -- The following regulations are <br />required to control the density of development in wetland zonin <br />districts.
