All buildings, other than accessory buildings, as defined in <br />Chapter 40 of this Code, shall be setback at least 100 feet <br />from the wetland. <br />4. PERMITS. <br />Subdivision 1. The following activities in or upon a wetland zoning <br />district shall require a wetland alteration permit: <br />A.
