PRELIMINARY PARKLAND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM <br />SILVER VIEW COMMUNITY PARK <br />IMPROVEMENTS <br />MARCH, 1990 <br />FACILITY: <br />Swing Benches <br />PRIMARY ACTIVITY/FUNCTION: <br />To provide sitting/swinging apparatus for observation of natural area. <br />PLAN DESCRIPTION: <br />These rest areas overlook scenic vistas at each arm of the pond. <br />RECREATION CRITERIA: <br />The glider swings must be located in aesthetic areas which offer scenic <br />vistas and unobstructed observation of the pond. <br />GENERAL MAINTENANCE CRITERIA: <br />The glider swings must be permanently anchored in the ground and kept <br />clear of overgrown weeds and bushes.
