DNR INFORMATION
(612) 296-6157
r SnnT A TEa OF /
DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES
500 LAFAYETTE ROAD o ST. PAUL, MINNESOTA • 55155-40 1 C°
January 6, 1993
Ms Mary Saarion
Director, Parks and Recreation
2401 Highway 10
Mounds View, MN 55112
Dear Ms. Saarion:
Congratulations on the successful completion of Silver View Park Trail. Please
consider this correspondence official notice that all the necessary final
documentation has been received and found acceptable. The project is closed
pending a final inspection in the spring/summer of 1994.
We have reviewed and find satisfactory all project expenditure documentation
you have provided. However, we wish to point out that actual expenditures are
subject to verification by an independent state audit. For that reason, you must
retain all project records for a period of at least three years after the date of this
letter.
In conclusion, we remind you that the development completed under the terms
of this project must be retained by the project sponsor and used for public
outdoor recreation. No portion of this project site can be changed without the
prior written approval of the Outdoor Recreation Grants Section. To better insure
compliance with this conversion policy, the park is subject to an onsite
inspection by the State of Minnesota at any time.
Sincerely,
Audrey Mularie, Grants Manager
Outdoor Recreation Grants Program
AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER
