905.08 905.14 <br />905.08: INTOXICATING AND NONINTOXICATING BEV- <br />ERAGES': No intoxicating beverages shall be consumed, <br />displayed or possessed in any park, playground, open space or recreation area in <br />the City. In no event shall any nonintoxicating liquors be sold or bartered in any <br />park, playground, open space or recreation area. (1988 Code §52.03) <br />905.09: SELLING GOODS ON PUBLIC PROPERTY: No person shall <br />sell any article whatsoever in any City park, playground, open <br />space or recreation area unless specifically authorized by the Director of Parks <br />and Recreation in conformity with all statutes and ordinances relating thereto2. <br />(1988 Code §52.10) <br />905.10: POSTING OF SIGNS AND HANDBILLS': No person shall <br />paste nor affix nor inscribe any handbill or poster or sign on any <br />structure or property in any City park, playground, open space or recreation area <br />unless specifically authorized by the Director of Parks and Recreation. (1988 <br />Code §52.11) <br />905.11: FIREWORKS°: No person shall discharge any fireworks within <br />the City paries, playground, open space or recreation area without <br />the written permission of the Director of Parks and Recreation and the approval <br />of the Fire Chief. (1988 Code §52.12) <br />905.12: CAMPING: No person shall camp nor set up tents, shacks, <br />trailers or any other temporary shelter for the purpose of camping <br />in any City park, playground, open space or recreation area without the written <br />approval of the City Council. (1988 Code §52.13) <br />905.13: DUMPING OF WASTE: Any dumping of human or other waste <br />upon park, playground, open space or recreation areas shall be a <br />public nuisance. (1988 Code §52.13) <br />905.14: UNAUTHORIZED GOLF PROHIBITED: No person shall play <br />or practice golf nor use golf equipment of any kind in a City park, <br />playground, open space or recreation area, except under the direct supervision of <br />1.
