905.14 905.18 <br />an employee of the Department of Parks and Recreation or as a scheduled part of <br />the City's park and recreation program. (1988 Code §52.14) <br />905.15: ANIMALS: <br />Subd. 1. Leash Required: No person shall allow his dog or other domestic <br />animal in a public park or open space without being effectively restrained <br />by chain or leash or contrary to any other provisions of the Municipal <br />Code'. <br />Subd. 2. Defecation: No person shall allow defecation from his dog or domestic <br />animal - to remain deposited upon City parks, playgrounds, open space or <br />recreation areas. (1988 Code §52.15) <br />905.16: FIRES: No person shall ignite a fire in any park, playground, <br />open space or recreation area, except in places provided for such <br />purposes. Persons igniting a fire in a provided place shall completely extinguish <br />such fire prior to departing. No fires shall be permitted contrary to the Municipal <br />Code`. (1989 Code §52.16) <br />905.17: ENFORCEMENT OF PROVISIONS: This Chapter shall be <br />enforced by the Mounds View Police Department which shall have <br />the responsibility to patrol City parks and enforce the applicable ordinances and <br />regulations. (1988 Code §52.18) <br />905.18: VIOLATION OF PROVISIONS: Any person violating the <br />provisions of this Chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. (1988 <br />Code §52.17) <br />1.
