SEH suggested that there may be a way to incorporate <br />storm water management objectives and the installation of a culvert <br />(traversing the ditch to accommodate the pathway located off Silver Lake <br />Road and entering the park). SEH will assess the project and look into <br />any permit requirements as well as draft a letter that could be provided <br />to Rice Creek Watershed regarding the coordination of a storm water <br />management program with the installation of a culvert traversing the <br />storm water ditch at Silver View Park. A letter from Rocky Keehn is <br />attached and defines the project background and proposed scope of work. <br />The cost of the assessment work would not exceed $750. <br />Mary Saarion", <br />or of Parks, Recreation and Forestry <br />RE C OMMMMATrOnt- <br />To approve the expenditure, not to exceed $750, transferring funds from contingency to Park Operations, 100- <br />4360-160 for an assessment on the permitting options and opportunities of installing a culvert at the storm water <br />ditch at Silver View Park to be performed by SEH. <br />
