6. EXPAND THE PAVING OF MULTI -USE TRAILS IN THE PARKS <br />ESPECIALLY GREENFIELD, CITY HALL AND SILVER VIEW PARKS <br />a. Secure cost estimates and pursue all funding <br />options for this project. <br />b. Provide a priority list of trails to be paved. <br />C. Budget for funding in budget for capital <br />improvements. <br />7. PURSUE THE POSSIBILITY OF OPENING A PLEASURE SKATING RINK AT <br />WOODCREST PARK <br />a. Budget for additional warming house supervision. <br />b. Make recommendation to the City Council. <br />8. PURSUE THE POSSIBILITIES OF USING EMPTY RETAIL SPACES IN THE <br />CITY FOR RECREATIONAL AND OR COMMUNITY USE <br />a. Work with the new Economic Development Coordinator <br />to look into an agreement situation with the <br />businesses for such uses. <br />9. CONTINUE TO LOOK INTO THE POSSIBILITIES FOR REVENUE <br />PRODUCING RECREATION ACTIVITIES <br />a. Review the feasibility report from Maxfield <br />Research Group Inc. <br />b.
