Preliminary engineering drawings, plans <br /> and cost estimates must accompany the proposal. Attached is a proposal for services provided <br /> by SEH. Staff requests the City Council to approve this expenditure for plans. Even if the grant <br /> is not approved, the plans can be used for future grant applications. Administrator Orduno has <br /> • indicated that monies from the Franchise Fee for special projects could be used for these initial <br /> pedestrian bridge engineering drawing which are required for the grant. <br /> • <br /> Mary Saariya or of Parks, Recreation and Forestry <br /> • <br /> RECOMMENDATION; <br /> Staff requests the City Council to approve the expenditure of $1,900 for engineering services from SEH for <br /> information regarding a pedestrian bridge across Highway 10 to be used in an ISTEA grant proposal, funding from <br />
