Our services will be provided in accordance with our <br /> Agreement for Professional Services dated February 23, 1987,hereinafter called the "Agreement". <br /> Our services will consist of the following work: <br /> 1. Preparation of an 8 1/2 x 11 Location Map showing the general location of the proposed <br /> bridge within the City of Mounds View. <br /> 2. Preparation of an 11 x 17 schematic plan showing the approximate location of the bridge <br /> with respect to adjacent facilities. <br /> 3. Preparation of an 11 x 17 schematic section and profile showing the basic elements and <br /> dimensions of the proposed bridge. <br /> The above described documents will be prepared for inclusion with the solicitation package for <br /> funding of the bridge under Title 1 of the Intermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act <br /> (ISTEA) of 1991. Design and construction services, if required, will be addressed under a <br /> separate agreement. <br /> Compensation for our services will be a fee based on our payroll cost times a factor 2.24 for <br /> • services rendered by our personnel engaged directly on the project, plus reimbursable expenses <br /> including mileage and equipment rental.
