This is an annual license running from January 1 to December 31. If approved, <br />this initial license will expire on December 31, 2021 at which time it will be up for renewal. <br /> <br />Staff has published a public hearing notice in the April 28, 2020 edition of the Shoreview Press, the City’s <br />official newspaper. In addition, as required, notices were mailed to residents within a 350 feet of 2817 <br />County Road H2. <br /> <br />Staff had received a phone message from the property owner at 2837 County Road H2 (Marlene Wilczek) <br />who stated she was opposed to granting the license but did not provide any reason.
