y <br />USE OF CITY EASEMENT <br />The property owner of 2817 County Road H2, legally known as; Lot 1, Block 1, Linda Grant <br />Addition (07-30-23-24-0054) has requested use of a Drainage and Utility easement that exists <br />in the back half of the property to construct a temporary chicken coop/utility shed. <br />By signing this agreement, the City of Mounds View and the owner of the property agree that a <br />chicken coop/utility shed will be allowed within the easement, per the attached drawing, with <br />the understanding that if the structure is damaged due to workers needing access to the <br />easement, repair of the structure is the responsibility of the owner and not the City of Mounds <br />View or any other agency. <br />The City and/or its authorized agents will remove any and all obstacles to allow proper access <br />and maintenance activities.
