RESOLUTION NO. 9313 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br />BETWEEN THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW AND THE PUBLIC WORKS <br />COLLECTIVE BARGAINING UNIT REGARDING TRAVEL TIME PAY <br />FOR WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS <br />WHEREAS, the Union and the City are parties to a collective bargaining <br />agreement; <br />WHEREAS, the collective bargaining agreement does not contain a provision for <br />travel time when members of the bargaining unit are requested to work on weekends and <br />holidays in order to perform snow and ice control operations, or due to utility emergencies, <br />weather emergencies, or other hazards. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Mounds View City Council <br />Approves the attached Memorandum of Understanding adding language relating to Travel <br />Time Pay for Weekends and Holidays as shown in Exhibit A (attached). <br />Adopted this 12t" day of October, 2020. <br />GcG <br />Carol A.
