Projected Housing Need <br />Affordable Housing Need Allocation <br />The Plan needs to include the correct local Affordable Housing Need <br />numbers hace been updated to reflect <br />Allocation (Need). The correct Need, provided to the City at the time <br />the forecast change. <br />of a forecast change in spring of 2019, is 27 units affordable at or <br />below 30% of area median income (AMI), 11 units affordable <br />between 31 and 50% AMI, and 21 units affordable between 51 and <br />80% AMI, for a total of 59. For the Plan to be consistent with Council <br />housing policy, please note that enough land must be guided for the <br />2021-2030 timeframe to meet the City's Need. <br />Implementation Plan <br />Language has been added on page 3-9 to <br />The Plan must consider the use of all widely accepted housing tools <br />describe when the identified housing <br />to be considered consistent with Council housing policy, including <br />tools would be used by the City to meet <br />when such tools would be used.
