WHEREAS, the cities of Shoreview, Arden Hills, Mounds View, and New <br />Brighton have never been involved in the operation and management at ice arenas in <br />their communities; and <br />WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of these four cities and Ramsey County to <br />withdraw from the Master Agreement with the MASC for the construction and financing <br />of the Super Rink when it expires on December 31, 2023. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View, Minnesota that the City of Mounds View indicates it intent to withdraw <br />from the Master Agreement with the MASC for construction and financing of the Super <br />Rink when the agreement expires on December 31, 2023. <br />Adopted this 26t" day of October, 2020 <br />Carol A.
