It Is my understanding that the building will <br />be constructed with concrete blccks and the perimeter will be <br />aae9uately lit. <br />At the proposed site, i see no greet concern regarding security <br />of the building. Obviously, theft and vandalism can occur anywhere, <br />nowever the proposed site offers no greater risks than other <br />oarK oulidings In the City. <br />L <br />
