The <br />JPA does not impose any duty to respond and provides the City with the ability to recall its assets at any time, so the risk <br />and additional duty is relatively low. <br />Please let us know if there is anything else that you need from us on this Agreement. <br />Best, <br />Joe <br />C M A R r r.
