Assistant City Administrator Brian Beeman administered the oath of office for Dan <br />Larson, Gary Rundle, and Lisa Marquis <br />ROLL CALL <br />Members Present: Chair, Dennis Farmer, Vice Chair Dan Larson, Commissioners, <br />Jim Freichels, Gary Stevenson, Lisa Marquis, Gary Rundle, & <br />Jason Helgemoe <br />Members Absent: N/A <br />Staff Present: Assistant City Administrator, Brian Beeman <br />Meeting Attendees: Dennis Ericson <br />APPROVAL OF JANUARY16, 2020, AGENDA <br />Motion/Second: Commissioner Stevenson moved and Commissioner Larson seconded <br />the approval of the January 16, 2020 EDC agenda. <br />Motion Carried: 7 Ayes, 0 Nays <br />APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 21, 2019, EDC MINUTES <br />Motion/Second: Commissioner Larson moved and Commissioner Stevenson seconded <br />the approval of the January 16, 2020 EDC minutes. <br />Motion Carried: <br />6. EDC BUSINESS <br />7 Ayes, 0 Nays <br />Elect Chair & Vice Chair <br />Commissioner Helgemoe arrived at approximately 7:35 a.m. Chair Farmer informed the <br />Commission which Commissioners held office during 2019. Assistant City Administrator <br />Beeman informed the Commission that Farmer may serve an additional tern as Chair <br />and the Vice Chair may serve unlimited consecutive terms. <br />
