Discussion The car wash will be automated, although an attendant may provide a pre -wash prior to vehicles entering the wash tunnel. The car wash will be open Monday — Saturday, 8:00 AM — 9;00 PM, and Sundays, 9:00 AM — 6:00 PM. Tommy Car Wash is a national franchise. Within Minnesota, there is one location in New Hope (2019), and one under construction in Rochester (2020). The property was formerly a gas station (1988 — 2005), and Snyder's Drug Store (2005 — 2015?). Analysis Plans were submitted to the City on November 4, 2019, and November 25, 2019, and distributed to applicable Staff and agencies. A car wash is a conditional use (CUP) within this district.' As a CUP, the car wash can be permitted if meeting specific criteria2 and with conditions.
