Staff is recommending that <br />the passenger vehicle parking lots be re-striped, as a condition of <br />approval, including re-striping for two ADA stalls. <br /> <br /> The building addition will push semi-trailer parking north (28 stalls <br />shown along north property line). <br /> <br />Screening and buffering MME is adjacent to Towns Edge Mobile Home Park. There is a 5’ <br />high berm and treed buffer along MME’s north property line. Most <br />of these trees are located within the City’s 30’ easement, and <br />would be removed, if utility work is needed. During leaf-off, the <br />top of parked semi-trailers are viewable from the mobile home <br />park.
