NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds <br />View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br />1. Authorizes Advanced Engineering and Environmental Services, Inc. (AE2S) to <br />complete the plans and specifications for the Water Treatment Plant 1 rehabilitation <br />and improvement project. <br />2. Approves AE2S to prepare bidding documents in order for the City to receive bids <br />for this project. <br />3. Approves the proposal form AE2S for construction services, inspections, IC control <br />and programming of $300,000.00, for Water Treatment Plant 1 rehabilitation and <br />improvements. <br />4. The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to execute all <br />appropriate documents to effectuate the actions contemplated by this resolution. <br />5. The Mayor and City Administrator, Staff and consultants are hereby authorized and <br />directed to take any and all additional steps and actions necessary or convenient in <br />order to accomplish the intent of this Resolution. <br />Adopted this 22nd day of February, 2021 <br />Carol A.
