Working on new <br />developer for Phase I on south side and share the access <br />The City acquired the Skyline <br />Motel in 2019 with intent to <br />remove blight, and replace <br />with something better.There <br />have been serious inquiries <br />which have failed to advance <br />(e.g. veteran’s housing, hotel, <br />warehouse, self-storage, <br />assisted living). <br />MWF is proposing 90-units of <br />affordable housing, which will <br />require subsidies from the <br />state, county, and city. <br />Ramsey County has a need for <br />15,000 affordable units. <br />MV has a need for 59 units: <br />27 units @ 30% AMI <br />11 units @ 50% AMI <br />21 units @ 80% AMI <br />Why this <br />project matters
