RESOULUION 9433 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF BELDEN RIVER VIEW <br />(Planning Case MA2021-001) <br />WHEREAS, the applicant, Kelly Wilson, (Belden River Properties, LLC), is requesting <br />Final Plat approval of a Subdivision, located at 3032 County Road I, legally described as: <br />PID: 07-30-23-22-0029 <br />Lots 55 and 56, Spring Lake Park Knolls, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />WHEREAS, a Subdivision Application and Preliminary Plat were submitted on January <br />12, 2021, and determined to be complete as of February 5, 2021. Plans were distributed by Staff <br />to applicable departments and agencies for their review. Comments were received from: <br />Jan 13, 2021 <br />Anna Grace, Regulatory Technician, Rice Creek Watershed District <br />Jan 14, 2021 <br />Nick Henly, Building Official, City of Mounds View <br />Jan 14, 2021 <br />Charlie Smith, Fire Chief, SBM Fire Department <br />Jan 20, 2021 <br />James Holman, Engineering Technician, City of Mounds View <br />Jan 21, 2021 <br />Scott Mareck, Transportation Planner, Ramsey County <br />Jan 21, 2021 <br />Tyler McLeete, City Engineer, Stantec <br />Feb 9, 2021 <br />Scott Riggs, City Attorney, Kennedy & Graven <br />Feb 17, 2021 <br />Jim Kosluchar, City Engineer, City of Fridley <br />WHEREAS, Staff reviewed the Preliminary Plat dated February 4, 2021, and Site <br />Development Plans, dated February 4, 2021, finding it to be consistent with requirements of the <br />Mounds View Municipal Code. The Mounds View Planning Commission reviewed the <br />Preliminary Plat at its March 3, 2021 meeting, recommending approval (Resolution 1130-21). <br />The City Council held a duly noticed Public Hearing on March 8, 2021, approving the <br />Preliminary Plat (Resolution 9405); and, <br />WHEREAS, Staff reviewed the Final Plat received March 19, 2021, Title Commitment, <br />dated March 21, 2021, and most current Final Plat received June 4, 2021, finding them to be <br />consistent with the approved Preliminary Plat, City Code, Comprehensive Plan, and Plat <br />Opinion.
