Monday, June 28, 2021, City Council Agenda. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Bergeron/Meehlhause. To Approve the Monday, June 28, 2021, agenda as <br />presented. <br />Ayes — 5 Nays — 0 Motion carried. <br />5. CONSENT AGENDA <br />A. Approval of Minutes: June 14, 2021. <br />B. Just and Correct Claims. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Hull/Bergeron. To Approve the Consent Agenda as presented. <br />Ayes — 5 Nays — 0 Motion carried. <br />6. PUBLIC COMMENT <br />Celena Monn, 2357 Sherwood Road, explained she has lived in Mounds View for the past 23 <br />years. She stated she enjoys living in this community and believed this was a beautiful place to <br />live. She reported she was involved in the community and hosts block parties on an annual basis. <br />She indicated she wants everyone to love this City as much as she does, while also feeling welcome <br />and heard. She discussed the numerous plans the City has in place for its parks, streets and to <br />address its sustainability efforts. She encouraged the City to consider becoming more aware and <br />equitable of its community members. She commented on May 28, 2021 she sent the City Council <br />an email regarding equity and inclusion. She discussed how the population of Mounds View was <br />changing as the schools now had 50% people of color and 40% of its students received free and <br />
