Second Reading and Approval of Ordinance 976, An Ordinance Adopting the <br />s Recodification of the Mounds View Municipal Code and Updating the City of <br />9 Mounds View's 2021 Fee Schedule. <br />10 <br />11 City Administrator Zikmund requested the Council adopt an Ordinance that would recodify the <br />12 Mounds View Municipal Code along with updating the Mounds View 2021 fee schedule. He <br />13 reported the Council held the first reading of this Ordinance two weeks ago and since that time <br />14 staff has received no further comments from the public. Staff recommended approval of the <br />15 Ordinance. <br />16 <br />17 MOTION/SECOND: Meehlhause/Bergeron. To Waive the Second Reading and Adopt <br />18 Ordinance 976, An Ordinance Adopting the Recodification of the Mounds View Municipal Code <br />19 and Updating the City of Mounds View's 2021 Fee Schedule directing staff to publish an <br />20 Ordinance summary. <br />21 <br />22 ROLL CALL: Bergeron/Cermak/Hull/Meehlhause/Mueller. <br />23 <br />24 Ayes — 5 Nays — 0 Motion carried. <br />25 <br />26 C. Public Hearing: First Reading and Introduction of Ordinance 977, an <br />27 Ordinance Amending the Mounds View Municipal Code, Title XV, Chapter <br />28 160, Sections 160.198 and 160.218 related to Drive-Thru Businesses. <br />29 <br />30 Community Development Director Sevald requested the Council introduce an Ordinance that <br />31 would amend the Mounds View Municipal Code related to drive-thru businesses. He explained <br />32 this amendment would allow a drive thru business as a conditional use in the B-3 zoning district. <br />33 He reported the proposed amendment would allow for greater flexibility within the B-3 zoning <br />34 district. <br />35 <br />36 Mayor Mueller opened the public hearing at 6:56 p.m. <br />37 <br />38 Hearing no public input, Mayor Mueller closed the public hearing at 6:57 p.m. <br />39 <br />40 MOTION/SECOND: Hull/Bergeron.
