Resolution 9469 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />meets all Metropolitan Land Planning Act requirements; conforms to the regional system plans <br />including transportation, aviation, water resources management, and parks; is consistent with <br />Thrive MSP 2040; and is compatible with the plans of adjacent jurisdictions. In addition to the <br />Advisory Comments and Review Record (Metropolitan Council Review File No. 22396-1), the <br />Metropolitan Council authorized the City of Mounds View to put its 2040 Comprehensive Plan <br />into effect; in addition to revisions and advisements detailed in the 19-page Review Record; <br />and, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the 2040 Comprehensive Plan is put into <br />effect; and, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the 2040 Comprehensive <br />Plan as put into effect, includes the final Local Water Management Plan, in addition to <br />complying with Recommendations of the Metropolitan Council's Community Development <br />Committee, and Environment Committee, as described in the Metropolitan Council staff report, <br />dated December 23, 2020. <br />Adopted this 13t" day of September 2021. <br />4 M t/- d11Z4,- ez� <br />Carol A.
