A demonstrated need for reduced building foundation setbacks is to be <br />consistent with the intent of the Comprehensive Plan and Zoning <br />Code, allowing creative use of lands for PUD's. <br />B. A demonstrated need for increased fence height, from 48" to 60 ", <br />around the pet exercise area is for increased security to contain pets <br />within those confines. <br />C. A demonstrated need to increase fence height from 48"to 8' for panel <br />fencing along County Road H2 is to be consistent with the intent of the <br />Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Code, allowing creative use of lands <br />for PUD's. <br />WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held on Monday, September 13, 2021 at 6:30 PM. A <br />Public Hearing Notice was published in the August 17, 2021 edition of the Shoreview Press, and <br />mailed to property owners within 350' of the subject property; and, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Mounds View City Council approves <br />the following Amendment to the Crossroad Pointe Planned Unit Development Narrative <br />(Stfieke text to be amended by underlined text): <br />Dimensional Requirements: <br />Minimum Building Setbacks -lam 14.5' North (County Road 1-12) <br />2- 26.5' East (Mounds View Boulevard) <br />50' South <br />66' West (Edgewood Drive <br />Landscaping: <br />All landscaping shall be consistent with the landscape plan (p.L010) included in the City Council's <br />July 8, 2019 packet, to be revised as detailed in the July 8, 2019 City Council Staff Report [Revised <br />Plan = p. LO 10, dated Sept 6, 2019]. <br />It is the itent that t after the building is built and landscaping is installed (e.g. whining one year after), <br />Staff and the Developer shall inspect the property, and determine if additional landscaping is <br />necessary; (1) as a buffer between the Edgewood Road sidewalk and Stormwater retention basin; and <br />(2) along the south property line; and (3) elsewhere as agreed upon between City Staff and the <br />developer. <br />Resolution 9465 amends the Landscaping Plan dated Sept 6 2019 to allow; (1) a 5' tall fence around <br />the net exercise area: and (2) an 8' tall fence along portions of the patio consistent with the September <br />13, 2021 City Council Staff Report attachments <br />
