A complete list can be obtained from the applicant if desired by the Council. <br />Item 08C, D & E <br />August 23, 2021 <br />Page 2 <br />The following investigations and inspections were conducted: <br />Mounds View Police Department <br />The Mounds View Police Department has issued a satisfactory background report for the <br />applicants, Adam Aron, President and CEO, Sean Goodman, Executive Vice President and <br />CFO, John McDonald, Executive Vice President and Kevin Connor, Senior Vice President, <br />General Counsel and Secretary, representing American Multi -Cinema, Inc. (AMC, Inc.) <br />City Billing (Mounds View Finance Department)/Ramsey County Property Taxes) <br />The theater is up to date on payment of all water/sewer bills. There are no other outstanding <br />fees owed to the City. The Finance Department issued a satisfactory report. In addition, <br />there are no outstanding property taxes for this property. <br />Fire Inspection (SBM Fire Department) <br />Inspector Schoeman conducted a fire inspection on July 28, 2021, which revealed some <br />minor Fire Code violations. A reinspection was conducted on August 17, 2021, all violations <br />were remedied, and the inspection passed. <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends approving Resolution 9459 approving an On -Sale Intoxicating Liquor <br />License to American Multi -Cinema, Inc. (to include Sunday Sales and optional 2:00 a.m. <br />liquor license). Staff also recommends approval of Resolution 9460 issuing a Class B <br />Restaurant License to American Multi -Cinema, Inc. and Resolution 9461 issuing an <br />Amusement Device License to Dean Superior Vending. <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br />Nyle Zikmund <br />
