RESOLUTION NO. 9463 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AUTHORIZATION TO DISPOSE OF PROPERTY <br />WHEREAS, the city has a significant quantity of steel racking/shelving; and <br />WHEREAS, there is not current or future use envisioned for this racking; and <br />WHEREAS, donating/loaning the racking to the New Brighton/Mounds View Rotary <br />Club will aid them in their mission to serve, which includes ongoing support and service to <br />our community. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota that authorization is granted to dispose/loan <br />the amount of racking required by the New Brighton/Mounds View Rotary Club.. <br />Adopted this 23rd day of August 23, 2021. <br />Carol Mueller, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Nyle Zikmund, City Administrator <br />(seal) <br />
