General discussions with City staff regarding various City matters and <br />various questions. Matters are presently pending. <br />MU125-14: Public Works Matters. Review and revise resolution regarding reducing speed limit on <br />MSAH 244 Spring Lake Road beginning at 73rd Ave NE and ending at West County <br />Road J (excluding segment of roadway from Hillview Road to County Road 10). <br />Forward revised resolution to City staff. Matter is presently pending <br />MU2104: Charter Commission. Consult with City staff regarding proposed Charter language. <br />Attend Charter Commission meeting. Matter is presently pending. <br />W210-35: Mounds View Communi , Center. Consult with City staff regarding lease and signage. <br />Matter is presently pending. <br />MU210-54: Code Updates/Revisions. Consult with City staff regarding matter. Review various <br />documents and consult with City staff regarding same. Matter is presently pending. <br />MU210-262: Greenwood Drive Infill Development. Draft development agreement and forward to City <br />staff. Consult with City staff and developer regarding matter -- various. Work on right- <br />of-way acquisition. Various meetings and calls with City staff, Developer and <br />Developer's attorney. Offer letter and related documents have been transmitted to a <br />property owner, but not accepted. Follow-up regarding receipt of appraisal. Follow-up <br />regarding settlement negotiations. Matter is presently pending. <br />MU210-263: LGU/RCWD Matter. Review City correspondence regarding matter. Draft and revise <br />ordinance and resolution regarding LGU and forward to City staff. Consult with City <br />staff regarding review and revision of draft MOU for LGU. Matter is presently pending. <br />MU210-275: Water Treatment Plant Rehabilitation. Consult with City staff regarding contract <br />fulfillment issues. Tolling Agreement has been signed by City and contractor. <br />Communications with contractor regarding matter.
