<br />changed that and their also looking at what we are shedding as far as water and we are not changing

<br />ahold of Rice Creek for the past three days, but I know I have talked to Tyler (Stantec) and what Stantec
<br />has looked at, in the preliminary of what we received back from Rice Creek is that Rain Gardens will not
<br />have to be put in with that. Now, I can add one caveat on that — if we decide to put parking on Spring
<br />Lake Road, then it's probably going to be a different story, because now we are increasing what we
<br />have, even though I know Tyler has run some preliminary numbers, were on the border with that. If we
<br />add more asphalt, then are probably going to have to look adding those infiltration basins. I can tell you
<br />one of the things we are looking at including into the storm water, you talk about before it gets into Rice
<br />Creek, were looking at stormcepters, sand separators, girt chambers in a lot of those areas to help filter
<br />that. Spring Lake Road, right now has a very large one, right before it goes to the lake, and that we clean
<br />twice a year, if you see crews down there. That's what they are doing vacuuming that out, whether it's
<br />with our large combination unit or the sweeper, it's a large tank under the ground and that's where the
<br />sand and leaves go that we can can't catch when we're sweeping. So the answer right now — yes it has.

<br />heard that your plow drivers are having problems, that means that's their probably additional training.
<br />We want water on our yards, look at the fires going on out there, do you want to take out more trees
<br />that are giving out oxygen, you guys are having problems with Oak Wilt, Dutch Elm, Emerald Ash Borer,
<br />Buckthorn, you want to hire more staff, I know you said that people are not going to be assessed but
<br />every taxpayer in Mounds View, taxes are going up, you gotta hire more staff, you gotta buy more
<br />equipment, you gotta sweep, you gotta plow that sidewalk you want to put in. By the way, that curb
<br />and gutter, on Cty Rd. H your plow driver took the curb and gutter out which will cost all of us to
<br />replace. So I want every residence, actually does their homework, and oh, by the way, that survey, I
<br />need to ask you specifically — do you know the term biased survey? The first question was pedestrian
<br />safety, I have two little neighbor kids that I love to come over. I walk them to and from, across the
<br />street. I care about pedestrian safety, but the ways you guys wrote that survey you're trying to make it
<br />sound like I want a wider street and I want a sidewalk and I don't. Let me just finish, every resident that

<br />the road and lake. It looks to me when I look at your plan, that you will take out half my yard in order to
<br />have a path 6', a wider road, curb and gutter and I could be wrong but I just don't see where you are
<br />going to put a path on that side of the road unless you're going with a boardwalk of something that is
