DP — In the total project in 2022 there is 146 and in 2023 there are 74 so there are 220 total properties.
That includes Pleasant View Drive, Pleasant View Court and 84t" Avenue.
KO - Would it be too much to ask for an individual survey on those homes, is that a reasonable thing to
ask; would you like a sidewalk?
DP — We can look into.
KO - Did the council themselves decide to propose this trail. Did the council themselves say we want
this trail, cause if there's just two people of all those Spring Lake Park People, and I did hear one lady say
this is a safety issue today, and I appreciate that, I do walk with a stroller, I stay on the side with the
wide berth instead of the side with little nothing, so I manage my safety, did they decide to do that?
DP — When we talked about this, within the budget, we indicated we would look at putting a trail or
sidewalk in.
KO - Is that like an option that could be dropped?
DP — Yes, absolutely
KO - One thing, just a thought, I hadn't thought of it until this meeting, a lot of really smart people here,
observing that we are about to step into a real mess on Spring Lake Park road, I live on Pleasant View so
I guess I could just turn my head but when all those homes go active, there all going to go south to get
on 10, and then at night there going to go North, and Spring Lake Park needs something, a speed bump,
a speed hill, a speed something, a one way to stop that traffic, before we step any further before we
spend any money, what could we do right now to save the safety, because that's important even though
the question I agree was worded, but the safety is going to be greatly compromised for our people and
for the cars and all of them and maybe we take a moment and say let's open this up to ideas about
Spring Lake Park based on new development, I think we did not know about or maybe we do, I don't
know how these things work. Thank you for your time I think I am over my three minutes.
44:15 Rosemary Lensing 8310 Pleasant View Drive — I just have some minor questions, I want to know
the time frame of this, is it going to be 6 months long that were driving on dirt and asphalt, tar and
what?
DP — I can't have a real solid answer for you because what ends up happening after we go out to bid we
sit down with the contractor. They give us a phasing of far as when the construction starts, we do have
limitations on how long they can pull the asphalt off road and when it has to be put down.
RL - So can we drive on the road?
DP — Yes
RL - When they are tarring it?
DP —That would be about the only time that there might be limited driving on.
RL - How about the concrete, our driveway apron?
DP — that would be another time that you would not be able.
18
