install infiltration basins along the road in yards (which many residents do not want). The <br />project would involve moving the road somewhat to the east so the west side does not have <br />to bare the brunt of the loss of property in the right of way. Motion by Palm 2"d by Wake <br />Wiesner to recommend that the City Council move forward with the trailway on the <br />west side of Spring Lake Road from County Rd. H2, north to County Road J with <br />minimal impact to high value trees. And to continue the trailway along both the north <br />and south sides of Mounds View Blvd all the way to Spring Lake Road and explore <br />options to continue the trailway to Pleasant View Drive. Motion Passed 7-0 <br />9. COMMISSIONER REPORTS: Commissioner Arel talked with Ramsey County Library System <br />about partnering a "reading path" where residents could walk along the path and read a story. <br />They were interested in partnering with us! We also should consider having these books in <br />multiple languages. <br />10. REQUESTS FOR FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS / OTHER BUSINESS: Commissioner Kroeger <br />get back to prioritizing the 5 year plan <br />11. ADJOURNMENT: Motion to adjourn at 8:18 PM by Sullivan, 2"d by Curry.
