The Developer shall pay a Park Dedication Fee of; (1) $420,000 for Lot 1 (The <br />Villas of Mounds View, Limited Partnership); and (2) $5,945 for Lot 2 (Gregory <br />Kelley and Jane Kelley). Fees shall be paid prior to the City releasing the Final <br />Plat mylars for recording. <br />3. The Developer shall comply with the City Attorney's Plat Opinion. Mylars shall <br />not be prepared until directed by the City Attorney. <br />4. The Developer shall reimburse the City for all consulting costs in preparation for <br />project review (e.g. City Attorney, City Engineer). <br />5. The Developer shall sign a Development Agreement prior to the City releasing <br />the Final Plat mylars for recording. <br />6.
