To Approve the Monday, December 6, 2021, agenda as <br />presented. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />5. COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />A. Public Hearing to Consider Resolution 9511, Approving Amendments to the <br />Healthcare and Housing Facilities Revenue Refunding Note (Catholic <br />Eldercare Project), Series 2014C, and Authorizing the Execution and Delivery <br />of Documents Related Thereto. <br /> <br />Finance Director Beer requested the Council adopt a Resolution approving amendments to the <br />Healthcare and Housing Facilities Revenue Refunding Note (Catholic Eldercare Project), Series <br />2014C, and authorizing the execution and delivery of documents related thereto. He explained in <br />2014 the City issued conduit debt for a multi-city project to add space to an existing facility. He <br />stated because material amendments were being made to the agreement, lowering the interest rate <br />and extending the maturity on it, the City had to hold a public hearing on the matter. It was noted <br />the City had no obligation for this debt. <br /> <br />Mayor Mueller opened the public hearing at 6:03 p.m. <br /> <br />Hearing no public input, Mayor Mueller closed the public hearing at 6:04 p.m.
