RESOLUTION 9509 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVING AN ON -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL <br />FOR AMERICAN MULTI -CINEMA, INC. DBA AMC MOUNDS VIEW 15, <br />2430 MOUNDS VIEW BOULEVARD <br />WHEREAS, American Multi -Cinema, Inc. has made application to the City of Mounds <br />View for an On -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License Renewal (including Sunday Sales and an <br />optional 2:00 a.m. Liquor License) for the AMC Mounds View 15, 2430 Mounds View <br />Boulevard; and <br />WHEREAS, all liquor license applications require approval from the Mounds View <br />City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, all applicable license application materials and fees have been <br />submitted to the City; and <br />WHEREAS, all property taxes and water/sewer charges are current and there are <br />currently no city code violations for the property. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve an On -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License (including Sunday Sales and an <br />Optional 2:00 a.m. Liquor License) for American Multi -Cinema, Inc., DBA AMC Mounds View <br />15, 2430 Mounds View Boulevard. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this license will expire December 31, 2022. <br />Adopted this 13' day of December, 2021. <br />Carol A.
