Att. 3 <br />Committee unanimously agreed that Angela was the best candidate for the <br />position. <br />After some discussion, board agreed that Angela's experience and expertise is a <br />good fit for NYFS. She will be able to start at NYFS in early June. <br />B. Approval of Employment Agreement (Confidential) <br />The offer extended includes a salary of $145,000, $5,000 for continuing education <br />and development, full benefits, 6 weeks of vacation and 10 paid days of vacation <br />per year. <br />MOTION: Cory moved to approve Angela Lewis-Dmello as the new President/CEO of <br />Northeast Youth & Family Services effective immediately after Tara Jebens-Singh <br />officially vacates the position.
