RESOLUTION NO. 9585 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING REVISIONS TO THE <br />FIRE FIGHTER/HOUSING/CODE/FIRE INSPECTOR JOB DESCRIPTION TO <br />FIREFIGHTER/FIRE MARSHAL/CODE INSPECTOR <br />WHEREAS, SBM Interim Fire Chief Retka requested the Fire Marshal duties for <br />the City of Mounds View be completed by the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the duties of Fire Marshal are currently assigned within the <br />Firefighter/Housing/Code/Fire Inspector job description and requires only a job title <br />change for clarification of the position. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council <br />does hereby approve revisions to the Firefighter/Housing/Code/Fire Inspector Job <br />Description Title to Firefighter/Fire Marshal/Code Inspector. <br />Adopted this 9t" May, 2022. <br />Carol A.
