He noted this <br />would be a take off from his food truck business. He anticipated a grand opening would happen <br />in mid -July. He discussed the Filipino based menu and stated he looked forward to bringing his <br />wares to the Mounds View community. <br />Council Member Bergeron welcomed the Zimmer's to the City of Mounds View. <br />Council Member Meehlhause wished the Zimmer's much success on their new venture. <br />Mayor Mueller encouraged the Zimmer's to consider participating in Festival in the Park on <br />Saturday, August 20. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Meehlhause/Bergeron. To Waive the Reading and Adopt Resolution <br />9601, Approving a new Class B Restaurant License for Scott Zimmer dba Kusina at 2408 County <br />Road I. <br />Ayes — 5 Nays — 0 Motion carried. <br />B. Resolution 9598, Approving the Renewal of Mounds View Liquor Licenses 6 <br />month period. <br />City Administrator Zikmund requested the council approve the renewal of Mounds View liquor <br />licenses for a six-month license period. He reported the six-month period would allow the City to <br />move to yearly license renewals beginning in January of 2023. <br />Mayor Mueller asked if the fire inspections had been completed for these businesses and <br />questioned if any of these businesses had outstanding utility bills. City Administrator Zikmund <br />reported both had been completed for each of these businesses. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Hull/Bergeron. To Waive the Reading and Adopt Resolution 9598, <br />Approving the Renewal of Mounds View Liquor Licenses six-month period. <br />Ayes — 5 Nays — 0 Motion carried. <br />C.
