Resolution 9609, Authorizing Cost Sharing for Sanitary Sewer Line at 8289 <br />Spring Lake Road and First Reading and Introduction of Ordinance 992, <br />Amending Chapter 52, Sanitary Sewer Line Cost Sharing. <br /> <br />City Administrator Zikmund requested the Council authorize the cost sharing for sanitary sewer <br />line at 8289 Spring Lake Road. Staff commented further on this project and reported the proposed <br />Resolution would authorize staff to move forward with the sanitary sewer line separation. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Hull/Bergeron. To Waive the Reading and Adopt Resolution 9609, <br />Authorizing Cost Sharing for Sanitary Sewer Line at 8289 Spring Lake Road. <br /> <br />Mayor Mueller reported the Council would be reviewing future requests on a case-by-case basis <br />and she did not believe a precedent would be set with this request. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />City Administrator Zikmund requested the Council introduce Ordinance 992. He noted the second <br />reading for this Ordinance would be held on July 25 where a public hearing would be held prior <br />to approval. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Meehlhause/Hull. Reports of Mayor and Council. <br /> <br />Council Member Bergeron reported he attended the League of Minnesota Cities Conference last <br />week in Duluth. He commented on the educational sessions he attended during the conference. <br /> <br />Council Member Cermak stated the Mounds View Police Foundation would be meeting next on <br />Tuesday, July 12 and the group would be discussing plans for the games for Festival in the Park. <br />This meeting would be held at the Random Park building at 5:30 p.m. <br />
